Hello!  I've been gone for quite awhile.  I've had several issues that came up and were out of my control.  I wasn't able to design, create, blog or anything.  Now I am back and able to do my work!  So here's what I've been working on lately:

Sorry for the Absence

Dear 4 Followers who follow this blog,

I am so sorry that I have not been able to make any new creations lately.  My mouse has not been working right and it is very hard to do my projects without a working mouse so I haven't been able to make anything.  My computer died anyways and I was without for almost a month. 

I am ready to come back and start designing, but I must first buy a new mouse.  Maybe I can do that next month, for my one little thing that I get for myself.....

Thank you very much for your patience and for sticking with me!  I shall return soon!

When Inspiration Hits

Yesterday I had the need to just sit and create.  For quite a few hours that is all I did!  I made myself a few new tags:

I made one for my sister.  Her request was something pink and brown.  This girl and saying just fit.  I do love my lil sis!  lol

Then I just went through and made myself a few different ones to use on Facebook, my blog or my The Homeschool Lounge profile.  

I just love making these!  If anybody following has any requests for something, please feel free to ask.  I think I will be creating more today.

 

What I've Done This Morning

Bored

I was bored tonight so I made this one for my blog and the one beneath just for fun.

It's 10:30pm and I should be reading.  But I'm not.  I'm designing.

Finally!

It has been so long since my PSP has been working right.  Lately I haven't been able to use it at all because it won't even open.  Well, it opens, but then freezes and I have to shut it down myself.  I worked and worked on the PC last night to get it to work and I had to uninstall it then re-install it.  Then it worked!  Today I have spent a good part of my day on there designing.  And it's been nice!

Here's a few things that I came up with today:
This banner is for my personal blog.  I have it linked if you'd like to check it out.

I made a button for a blog that I do with a few other friends that homeschool.  This one is also linked.

I wanted to make myself a cute little banner with our cats on it.  My husband and I were talking earlier today and all of our cats that we have are fairly new.  We've had Feisty the longest and she's only been here since January.

Hopefully now that I have PSP up and running again, I will be able to make time for myself to design some more.  I really do enjoy it.  I don't really miss the hassle of designing for groups like I did on CafeMom.com, but I wish that I had more excuses to design more often.

Oh.  I am also going to try and come up with a new name other than tags.  Maybe like, personal graphics or personal designs.  Something like that.

Homeschool Mom to the 2nd Power!

This morning I decided to make a couple new tags.  It can take hours to make these, so for the last 3 hours I've made 2.  lol  But that's ok.  I want them to be just right.
I started with one for Spring.

Then I decided to make one for homeschooling.

I am hoping to be able to make a couple more tonight!
